FAQ
Answers before you set up Flaux
Short answers to the questions server owners usually ask.
Do I need slash commands to configure Flaux?
No. Everything is configured from the dashboard. Commands only show up where they help members, like /vote.
How do Chat Rewards work?
Every qualifying message earns an entry. Flaux draws a winner on your schedule, posts the announcement, and opens a claim automatically.
What can free servers do?
The full dashboard, all message automations, and analytics, plus one active Chat Reward with one winner per draw.
What happens when a member wins?
Flaux posts the winner, opens a claim if one's needed, and keeps the record in your draw history.
Does Flaux read every message?
Only what's needed for automations you've turned on, like counting entries or matching a reply trigger.
Do settings move if I add Flaux to a new server?
No, each server's setup is separate, but the dashboard makes it quick to recreate one.
