By inviting Flaux (Unique discord user ID 1263669451191226379. Hereafter referred to as "app") to a Discord server or using its features, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("terms") and Privacy Policy ("policy")
You may invite the app (bot) to a server for which you have sufficient permissions and use its features on any server you share with it. This privilege can be revoked, and the app (bot) can be removed from the server at any time if you violate these terms, the policy, Discord's Terms of Service, or Community Guidelines.
By inviting the app (bot), you agree to share data as described in the app's policy. The intended use of this data is outlined in said policy.
Individuals of the minimum age required to use Discord, as described in Discord's Terms of Service, may use the app and its features.
The app is not affiliated with, supported, or made by Discord Inc. Any direct connection to Discord or its trademark objects is purely coincidental. We do not claim copyright ownership of any of Discord's assets, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
The owner of the app trusts users to use the app for its intended purpose and not in malicious ways against others or Discord Inc.
We reserve the right to update these terms and the policy at our discretion, giving a one-week (7 days) period to opt out of the changed terms and policy. You may opt out by removing the app (bot) from any server you have permission for and ceasing to use its features.
For support, contact us through the official Flaux Support Discord server. Other methods of support may be provided but are not guaranteed.
The app (bot) may use stored data, as defined below, for features including but not limited to: scheduling messages, handling timed messages, managing chat rewards, sticky messages, and command execution. No data will be used outside of these purposes, and the data is not shared with any third-party sites or services.
The bot (app) will automatically save the server's ID when it is invited to a new Discord server.
The data may be updated when using specific features of the app (bot). Such updates often require user input, including data that can be seen as identifiable and sensitive, such as text messages. This data is kept in the database and used only for its intended purpose.
The app (bot) may keep the stored information in an internal caching mechanism for a certain amount of time to reduce database requests. After a specified time period, the cached data will be discarded and only reacquired when needed. Data may be dropped from cache prematurely through actions such as removing the app (bot) from the server.
Stored data can be removed automatically by removing the app (bot) from a server using Discord's moderation features. Re-adding the app (bot) will store data again, as described in the Stored Information section of this policy.
Manual removal of data can be requested through the official Flaux Support Discord server. For security reasons, proof of server ownership will be required. Only a server owner may request manual data removal, and requesting it will result in the app (bot) being removed from the server if still present.
